Plans functionality and usability standards, formulates design strategies, and participates in the strategic planning of web site goals and objectives.

Creates or coordinates the creation of written and graphic content, and logic structure of the sites, in collaboration with a variety of internal and external constituencies at all levels.

Guides, trains, and coordinates the activities of lower level web designers and/or technical staff.

Flash Movie Designing. Knowledge of Action Script is preferable.
